Sovrin ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sovrin mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our service:

Account information: Email address (if you sign up), device identifier
Habit data: Your selected habit, quit date, streak progress, daily check-ins, and urge journal entries
Coach conversations: Messages you send to the AI coach (processed in real-time, stored for session continuity)
Usage data: App open times, features used, session duration (anonymized analytics)

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide personalized AI coaching tailored to your progress
To track your habit-breaking streak and milestones
To deliver daily knowledge cards and soundscapes
To improve app quality and fix bugs (anonymized data only)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI: Your coach messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate responses. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not send your name or email to Gemini — only conversation content.
Supabase: Cloud database for storing your habit data and progress. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing. We do not store your payment details directly — RevenueCat and Apple/Google handle all financial transactions.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

Sovrin is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

1. 収集する情報

サービスの提供・改善のため、以下の情報を収集します：

アカウント情報：メールアドレス（登録時）、デバイス識別子
習慣データ：選択した習慣、禁止開始日、連続記録、デイリーチェックイン、衝動ジャーナル記録
コーチとの会話：AIコーチへのメッセージ（リアルタイム処理、セッション継続のために保存）
利用データ：アプリ起動時間、使用機能、セッション時間（匿名化された分析データ）

2. データの利用目的

進捗に合わせたパーソナライズされたAIコーチングの提供
習慣克服の連続記録とマイルストーンの追跡
デイリーナレッジカードとサウンドスケープの配信
アプリ品質の改善とバグ修正（匿名化データのみ）

3. 第三者サービス

以下の第三者サービスを利用しています：

Google Gemini AI：コーチメッセージはGoogleのGemini APIに送信され、応答が生成されます。この処理にはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。お名前やメールアドレスはGeminiに送信されません。会話内容のみが送信されます。
Supabase：習慣データと進捗状況を保存するクラウドデータベース。データは保管時・転送時に暗号化されます。
RevenueCat：サブスクリプション管理と決済処理。お支払い情報は当社では直接保存せず、RevenueCatおよびApple/Googleがすべての金融取引を処理します。

4. データの保管とセキュリティ

データはSupabaseサーバーに保管時暗号化（AES-256）および転送時暗号化（TLS 1.2以上）で保存されます。情報保護のため適切なセキュリティ対策を実施していますが、電子的な保存方法に100%の安全性はありません。

5. データの保持期間

アカウントが有効な間、データを保持します。アカウントを削除された場合、関連するすべてのデータは30日以内に完全に削除されます。

6. お客様の権利

お客様には以下の権利があります：

個人データへのアクセス
不正確なデータの訂正要求
アカウントおよび関連データの削除要求
ポータブルな形式でのデータエクスポート

7. お子様のプライバシー

Sovrinは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、直ちに削除します。
