Welcome to Sovrin. By downloading, installing, or using the Sovrin application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Sovrin is a habit-breaking application that provides AI-powered coaching, progress tracking, knowledge cards, soundscapes, and gamification features to help users overcome unwanted habits. The App is available as a free tier with limited features and as a paid subscription (Pro/Master) with full access.
Sovrin is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The AI coach provides general motivational and cognitive-behavioral guidance. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sovrin. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Your habit data, streak progress, and coach conversations are stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
You agree not to:
All content in Sovrin — including but not limited to the app design, knowledge cards, soundscapes, UI elements, and branding — is owned by Sovrin and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovrin and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Sovrinへようこそ。Sovrinアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
Sovrinは、AIコーチング、進捗追跡、ナレッジカード、サウンドスケープ、ゲーミフィケーション機能を提供し、ユーザーが望まない習慣を克服することを支援する習慣克服アプリケーションです。本アプリは、機能が限定された無料プランと、全機能にアクセスできる有料サブスクリプション（Pro/マスター）として提供されます。
Sovrinは医療機器ではなく、医学的、心理学的、または治療上のアドバイスを提供するものではありません。AIコーチは一般的な動機づけおよび認知行動的ガイダンスを提供します。専門的なメンタルヘルス治療の代替にはなりません。メンタルヘルスの危機を経験している場合は、資格を持つ専門家または緊急サービスに直ちにご連絡ください。
Sovrinを使用するには、13歳以上である必要があります。13歳以上18歳未満の場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。本アプリを使用することにより、これらの年齢要件を満たしていることを表明するものとします。
アカウントの機密性を維持する責任はお客様にあります。習慣データ、連続記録、コーチとの会話は、プライバシーポリシーに記載されている通り安全に保管されます。いつでもアカウントとデータの削除を要求できます。
以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします：
Sovrin内のすべてのコンテンツ（アプリデザイン、ナレッジカード、サウンドスケープ、UI要素、ブランディングを含むがこれらに限定されない）は、Sovrinが所有し、著作権および知的財産権法により保護されています。当社の書面による許可なく、複製、配布、または二次的著作物の作成を行うことはできません。
法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、Sovrinおよびその制作者は、本アプリの使用に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的な損害について責任を負いません。当社の総責任は、請求に先立つ12ヶ月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額を超えないものとします。
本アプリは、明示的または黙示的を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」および「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。本アプリが中断なく、エラーなく、または有害なコンポーネントがない状態で動作することを保証するものではありません。
当社は、本規約に違反すると判断した行為、または他のユーザーもしくは当社に有害な行為について、事前の通知なく、いつでもお客様の本アプリへのアクセスを終了または停止することができます。
当社は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更については、本アプリ内またはこのページの更新を通じてユーザーに通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続使用することは、新しい規約への同意を構成するものとします。
本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定にかかわらず、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
